📦 Order Processing & Shipping Time

Due to the specialized nature of solar products, please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location within the U.S.

Please note that holidays, severe weather, or other disruptions (like pandemics) may impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

🔄 Pre-Orders & Back orders

If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we’ll ship the available items first and send the rest as soon as they’re back in stock.
So if you receive only part of your order — don’t worry, the remaining items are on the way!

 

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS (if a phone number was provided).
To track your shipment, visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

 

🌍 International Shipping

We do offer international shipping for most products! If you’re outside the U.S. and would like a quote, please email us at Service@usolara.com.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any import/export duties or customs taxes, including shipments to Canada. Solara does not cover these fees.

 

🏝️ Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico

We offer free shipping on most small items to Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), and Puerto Rico (PR) during promotional periods.
However, large or heavy products may require an additional shipping fee after purchase. Please contact us at Service@usolara.com before placing your order to confirm rates and avoid restocking charges.

 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at Service@usolara.com. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once your order is in processing.

 

↩️ Returns & Refunds

If you need to return an item, you're responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please review our Refund Policy for full instructions and eligibility before returning a product.

 

📪 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that a package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Unfortunately, Solara is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If you need help locating your shipment, feel free to contact our support team.
