🛡️ Warranty Coverage

Solara products come with warranties ranging from 1 to 25 years, depending on the item. Warranty coverage begins from the original date of purchase by the first consumer.
To validate your warranty, you’ll need a copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase.

⚠️ The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

 

 

🔄 Replacement Policy

We will replace a product or part that is defective or fails to operate within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is used under normal conditions and not modified or misused.

  • If the product is faulty due to user error, we will help troubleshoot but do not accept returns or replacements.

  • For damaged parts under warranty, we will send you a replacement part. Shipping fees for replacement parts may apply.

 

🔁 Return Policy – 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unmodified, and in original packaging.

  • Returned items must be in new and undamaged condition.

  • Email us first at sales@usolara.com before returning any item.

What to include in your return request:

  • Order number

  • Photo or video of the product (if damaged)

  • Confirmation that the original packaging is included

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within several business days.

Returns requested after 30 days require special authorization and are not guaranteed.

 

✉️ Return Shipping Costs

Solara will cover return shipping if the return is due to:

  • Carrier damage

  • Defective product

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Product not as advertised

  • Extra item shipped in error

For all other reasons (e.g. personal preference), customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

 

🚫 Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, abuse, accident damage, or unauthorized modifications

  • Repairs made by unauthorized service providers

  • Items purchased from non-authorized resellers or channels

  • Accessories (these are sold without warranty)

 

🕒 Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 72 hours of placing it by emailing sales@usolara.com.
If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

 

🔧 Warranty for Used Products

  • Warranty period: 1 year

  • If a defect occurs within 30 days, we cover all shipping and repair costs

  • If a defect occurs within 1 year, we cover repair costs, and customer pays for shipping

 

🌍 Shipping Limits

Free shipping applies only to the continental U.S.
We are not responsible for customs fees or taxes on international orders.
